Executive Coaching

Helping individuals achieve behavioural change.

We believe the primary focus of executive coaching is to help individuals achieve a behavioural change brought about by an increase in self-awareness.

We act as a completely independent sounding board and challenge assumptions, helping to reset thinking. Our focus is always on the individual, creating an environment of trust and psychological safety allowing them to be honest with me and, more importantly, with themselves.

Behavioural Change Outcomes

Typically a coaching programme involves six 2 hour sessions over 4 to 6 months and will lead to one or more of the following positive and sustainable behaviour changes:

  • Enhanced leadership skills
  • Increased self-awareness and confidence
  • Better use of existing strengths, leading to improved performance
  • Improved working relationships
  • More effective dialogue and communication.
  • A better work/life balance and improved wellbeing

An important aspect of coaching is the ‘chemistry’ between the coachee and the coach. As such, we always start any coaching programme with a no obligation meeting to check how it ‘feels’ to work together and agree the desired outcomes of the coaching programme.

"1:1 coaching time with Tracy is excellent. She creates a supporting relationship and is searching but not invasive. Her approach demonstrates genuine curiosity and sympathy. I trust her that she is not judging my approach, simply assessing what is driving me and seeking ways of helping me to better understand. Her questions are balanced, sympathetic, open (not leading), calm and non-judgmental. I didn’t feel rushed and we had time to explore issues a number of times as I rationalized and she helped me to better understand."

“I would have no hesitation in recommending Tracy as a coach. Tracy took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve, critically challenged my thinking and provided excellent input and advice. I gained great value from the process and most importantly was able to translate it to constructive use.”
